We support our clients in all business and legal matters with their contract partners, as far as German law finds application.
We provide our clients with our Know-How of working out individual contract conditions (supply-,purchase-,license agreement etc.). We lead the negotiations and accompany our clients at all necessary legal procedures (notary, tax office, tariff matters etc.) and represent them at court and in arbitration procedures. Further we advise our clients which adequate legal form they might chose for a subsidiary in Germany, also in questions of German labour law.
In case our clients are already part of a legal process in Germany we offer the evaluation of the past actions as well as the recommendation of the further procedures. Hereby we cooperate with our German partner lawyers.
In addition we manage on behalf of our clients family, property and inheritance matters in Germany.
In some cases companies need, for legal or other reasons (fiscal authorities, court, etc.), a corresponding address in different countries. We are glad to provide our clients with that kind of service.
